1/13/2004 |
- When using a DV camcorder in VCR mode, the V1's
playback controls are enabled to allow operation of the camera's VCR
controls. The "slow" button are re-mapped as "fast" forward and
reverse buttons in this mode. For "slow" motion, hold down a
"step" button.
- Initial support for the Accusport Vector launch
monitor has been implemented. If version 2.2.2 of the Accusport
software is running, then minized before the V1 is opened, variables
such as speed and launch angle are copied to the V1 database.
- It is now possible to use the V1 Processional version as an
Academy "student." Simply use the Authentication mechanism on
the Options page. You will be permitted to "move" video to the
Academy; these will be automatically assigned to your default instructor
as configured through the website.
|
| 5.0.483 |
1/5/2004 |
- Internet Academy site and sport information is
now maintained per-instructor. This information is displayed
along-side each instructor name found on the "Start, Options, Exit"
page. After selecting the correct academy information on the
Options/Hardware/Internet page, you need to
re-authenticate each Instructor account
(re-entering an instructor's password will allow
you to use the "Authenticate Now" button).
- The current instructor's Internet Academy site
and sport information now flows into the IGA.MDB database. This
allows a single system to correctly process video in and out of the V1
accross multiple academies, site-IDs and sport-IDs.
- A work-around was implemented for newer Dell
PCs experiencing an issue when running in 2-camera mode and attempting
to switch between split and single camera views.
- Bug fix: exchange of DV video between two pro systems via an
Internet academy would result in a video field-order problem (video
moves forward 1 then back 2).
|
| 5.0.481 |
12/18/2003 |
- Bug fix: some users reported crash when
switching from full-speed video playback to slow or pause. Only
occurred when not using "rgb draw" playback.
- New behavior: the Multiple-Exposure timelapse
mode now displays only the key-frame positions themselves, not each
frame as it did previously.
- The updater now first checks the last-known application path before
resorting to disk search for the application. This will allow you
to update installations on the D:\ drive, or anywhere else on your
system.
|
| 5.0.476 |
12/3/2003 |
- Bug fix: IGA.exe memory management
|
| 5.0.472 |
9/2/2003 |
- The "virtual keyboard" now features the @ sign
and the underscore (_).
- If a live-video source can not be initialized
at startup, the user is shown the "Current" bin and the
live-video troubleshooter is not displayed.
- Some Windows98/Me startup errors may be resolved with this
release.
|
| 5.0.470 |
8/21/2003 |
- The IGA lesson recorder now correctly checks
for the proper initialization of the microphone. Without an audio
track, the lesson will not pack properly.
- The updater now correctly checks that ALL files
are properly updated before declaring a successful update installation.
- Bug fix: "large fonts" caused IGA lessons to be recorded incorrectly
(video shifted and enlarged).
|
| 5.0.469 |
8/5/2003 |
- Bug fixes
- Improved IGA lesson audio quality
|
| 5.0.468 |

- Further lowering of lesson/video packing
priority to reduce CPU load
- Increased tolerance for dropped frames during
the first 10 seconds of recording
- Continuous recording limited to 5 minutes to prevent exceeding 1GB
file size; beyond 1GB, the Trim function will fail.
- Bug fix: Trim would display incorrect file
times when working with non-30 frame/sec video (PAL included)
- Bug fix: Update notice now forced to top and modal to prevent
appearance of v1 being "locked up" when update notice opens behind main
window
|
| 5.0.465 |
7/10/2003 |
- IGA interface now will unpack video recorded at
360x240 resolution
- Software automatically attempts to re-install missing video
codecs
|
| 5.0.463 |
6/24/2003 |
- New behavior: RGB-output with full-motion
playback now displays a single field at a time as opposed to the two
interlaced fields simultaneously. This method may appear more
smooth on some displays, but is somewhat less efficient.
- Expanded support for USB 2.0/webcam-style cameras.
|
| 5.0.461 |
5/27/2003 |
|
| 5.0.458 |

eraser was used.
- You no longer need to be in compare mode in order to use the Slide
tool.
|
| 5.0.392 |
2/11/2003 |
- The Slide tool now has "zoom" capability.
When the slide tool is selected, hold down the right-mousebutton, and
move the mouse up and down to zoom in and out.
- It is now possible to record two DV camera
streams simultaneously in continuous mode. However, this feature
requires a fast PC with a fast hard drive.
-
"Check for software update"
is now an option on the Startup options page.
- BUG FIX: Key-frame display after a
Dual-Firewire capture only displays 4 images. The V1 was
mistakenly setting the "split screen" attribute for these videos.
To fix previously recorded videos, edit the swing properties, and remove the check mark for the "split screen" option, then re-open the
video.
|
| 5.0.380 |
12/23/2002 |
- It is no longer necessary to use the Options screen to change
cameras, or switch between single camera and dual camera modes.
When the "Live" bin is selected, tabs appear which allow you to select
the camera or cameras you wish to use. By default, camera
numbers 1 and 2 are available. To enable a 3rd or a 4th
camera, select the coressponding Camera Views from the Options

accordingly to maintain sequential order.
- Bug fix: an error during IGA authentication on
the Options page caused the software to appear to "hang."

earlier versions. This should now be fixed when using Windows 2000
or XP. In addition, this version should now support logo bmp's in
other than 24-bit color format.
- Bug fix: a certain Windows system parameter may have caused the
video slider bar to behave as though the mouse button was prematurely
released.
- New option page: Hardware Options/Startup. By default,
the V1 senses a non-standard font size and adjusts window sizes so that
controls and other bitmaps display correctly. However, on certain
international version of Windows, this behavior breaks the
software. Uncheck the "adjust according to font height" box to
disable this behavior.
